    A good choice for paleo and low carb

I carry this bar in my purse and keep on hand for snacks.  I don't mind the taste at all, don't eat many sweets so the blandness is ok by me.  Only one that fits my low Fodmap dietary restrictions, glad to have it.

Has both a good flavor and texture.  Not too sweet like some bars can be.  Very happy to find this product to support my grain-free preferred diet.

This company makes a fine granola cereal, however, these bars are dry, bland and crumbly. Time to reformulate. You saw the competition at Expo West. Taste is crucial. I consider myself a bar expert since I’ve been in the industry for years.
