What's not to like about that? (unless of course you don't like Marmite....) . Some interesting 'spins' on standard recipes - some of which use a small amount of Marmite as a flavouring (probably better for you than packaged gravy browning - at least you know what's in it), whilst some employ Marmite as a dominant constituent or glaze rather than a mere flavouring. I don't suppose I will ever cook all the dishes, but in between cooking, there are lots of fascinating Marmite facts to read and enjoy. A true visual treat.As for the history of Marmite, well this is OK but is condensed into 8 pages of an 80-page book.
