The cups she was using were mostly too big to stay on my arm, so I figured the facial-sized cups were a better substitute. These do work and stay on better than my PT's cups, but fair warning, the smaller ones are tiny--maybe 1/4 inch wide at the opening. Probably too small to do much of anything on my forearm. However, I was more interested in the 1" wide cups, and this package includes two of them, so I'm happy with those.
