The charm was presented in a small packet in a tiny velvet-like pouch. The upside of this charm is that the quality and attention to detail was very good, it fit the Pandora bracelet perfectly and is a welcome addition to it. The charm is 925 stamped so is actual silver, not a coated metal like the cheaper ones can be. The downside, is that for the money I'd liked to have it presented in a small gift box which jewelery usually comes in. I feel this would have added a nice touch to the jewellery. The plastic small bag it came in just seemed to be a way to cheapen the product. Overall: I'm happy with the product and I would recommend it, the packaging and detail touches could have been better, considering jewelry is a very detail focused business.
