I have read the arms are VERY small. Any way you could measure the diameter of the arms ?** A: Hi Rebecca. The entire diameter of the sleeves are 9 1/2" on the Large adult costume. While the costume is gorgeous, I was very irate with the seller I purchased it from because since they labeled this a Halloween seasonal costume which they will not refund your money for any reason even if it doesn't fit and even if you immediately return it upon receiving it (I tried sending it back the first week of October and they wouldn't take it back, they could have EASILY re-sold it). Since it is stitched in Vietnam the sizes are skewed to those body frames. If you can, I would recommend seeing if a local costume shop has it in stock to try it one before buying it online. I'm now stuck with this brand new costume that I can't wear because of it. I'd love to sell it to someone else to recoup some of my losses if anyone's interested. **Q: Does it run really small? I am 5'5'' and 103lb and usually wear size 0/2. Should I order XS or Small? Thanks.** A: Yes it does run small. Get the small. Im usually a size 4 and ordered the medium. Its super beautiful and high quality. It is not cheaply made, except the hat. The hat will need to be adjusted or fixed somehow. It lays flat and doesn't look nearly as nice as the one in the photo. Back to the costume: I purposely bought this costume a size larger because a lot of reviews said it fits small. After trying it on, the corset dress/top fits about 1-2 sizes too big but the skirt fits pretty well. I'm going to have the corset dress/top altered to fit me instead of returning because its fairly cheap to alter. With all of this in mind, I would recommend that people order the size up just to err on the side of caution. Just because my particular costume fit big doesn't mean that the next one will. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing costume. *by T***S on March 23, 2014* Agree with other reviewers that this costume is super well made. It is so adorable. It tends to run small. I'm a size 4 and ordered a medium because small was not in stock. I'm glad I did because the medium fit perfectly. I wore it to a charity masquerade event and won first prize in a costume contest! It's a little pricey, but if you'll use it more than once, it is well worth the expense. I wear a 34C and for jeans from express I wear anywhere from a 0-2 and I couldn't get the corset all the way tight towards the end. Also what I read from previous reviews were people complaining about how tight the arms are. And OMG that wasn't a lie that was the most uncomfortable part and I have pretty small arms. The quality of the costume though is extremely high end, I did return it because I just didn't think the uncomfort outweighed the quality.
