What ashame, I have used since the early 1990s, my historical data is the only reason I don’t change to a different service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are purchasing Turbo Tax Deluxe, do not buy the Quicken Starter *by K***S on December 20, 2018* Although the overall rating for this product is excellent, I asked for a refund because I received a one year free subscription after purchasing TurboTax. The description of the Turbo Tax product on the Amazon site should include a statement that there is a special offer. I also had trouble receiving the free downlaod for the Quicken Starter. When you click on the claim offer, it will take you to Quicken and try to charge you $34.99 for the product. After a few hours of calling Intuit and Quicken, I was able to "claim" my free download. ### ⭐ Someone Changed the Easy Download *by M***P on January 18, 2019* This is close to a disaster. Takes way too long to download, it is not easy, but what choice do we have? EASY...stick with 2018. Why can't Quicken get it together? Someone in the tech group thinks difficult is cute. It is not. Formerly, everything was on my Amazon download account, but it is now a total pain. Instead of being user friendly, it is user difficult. I would wait until 2020.
