It's been used daily ever since. Recently, two of the plastic hub that holds the wheels in place broke, making it impossible for him to use. I reached out to Arrozi customer service via the online form and received a replacement part about a week later. I wasn't able to figure out how to fix it so I called the customer service number and was pleasantly surprised to be connected to patient and helpful employees. They walked me through the fix, even offering to send more parts if I needed them.The chair is adjustable, comfortable and actually the perfect size for me, too (5'2").
