## Description

Prevent impure water from flowing back and contaminating the clean water supply with the Anti-Siphon Backflow Preventer. Required by most local health codes when using a potable, and sometimes non-potable water source for your drip system. The atmospheric vacuum breaker has a 3/4 in. FHT connection which threads onto the hose bibb or faucet; 3/4 in. MHT connection on the other side to attach a timer, pressure regulator, or adapter for supply tubing. Removable filter washer blocks particles that can clog emitters. Use the directional arrow on the device to position in the direction of water flow. The Anti-Siphon Backflow Preventer is made of ABS with UV inhibitors. Drip irrigation systems are easy to customize, install, and operate. The Anti-Siphon Backflow Preventer is a check valve that allows water to flow in one direction and not in reverse, preventing unclean water from contaminating the water supply. Check with your local authority to find out what type of backflow preventer to use in your area. Raindrip is a leading manufacturer of drip and micro-irrigation solutions and the trusted brand of landscapers since 1972. Build, expand, or repair your system with our rigorously tested products designed to save you time and money.

Review: They do their job. Good quality - I've been buying these for years and the quality has never disappointed me. I have extensive gardens and, imo, the polytube irrigation is the only way to go.
