When I was unable to set up wifi calling on my phone, I called for assistance. I was told that the card I purchase was tied to ATT cell towers and wouldn't support wifi calling with Consumer Cellular. I think this should have been made clear when I purchased the card. None of the reviews reported this problem. I received a $10 credit from consumer cellular for the card I had purchased since they give one for free.Addendum: After being told that I couldn't use wifi calling, my phone kept asking me to sign up. For 2 weeks I wasn't able to do that and I called consumer cellular. The phone kept asking me and I tried and seemed to make progress, only to be stopped again. After the 5th time of filling out the form, it finally came through as ATT wifi calling and my phone was enabled. I would change my rating of this card to 4 stars. ### ⭐ Charged for something that is free *by V***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2020* The thing that bothers me is being charged for something that's free you sell it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Was sent correct sim card for connecting to AT&T *by L***J on Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2020* I am very happy with my purchase through this seller! Although Consumer Cellular gives a sim card for free if you go to their website, it is always for T-mobile which is awful for where I live in Eastern CT and the Rhode Island area. You have to call and talk to them to get a sim card that will connect to AT&T.
