Got some bitter cups via SIF but managed to adjust my recipe to get a nice dark chocolatey cup. Black coffee over ice. South indian medium roast is still a dark roast - i wish it was lighter. grind is consistent. A great budget coffee nonetheless.

**Q: Can i prepare filter coffee without machine? Or can you suggest me a way to prepare it without machine?**
A: Just like making tea. Brew it in hot boiled water & stain

A: This is an excellent coffee and grind size is ideal for South Indian filter that I used. Perhaps it may me too fine for French Press as already mentioned by another customer.

Totally worth it, at this price range. I personally found this way better than it's obvious alternative, which's the Cothas Novablend. It's freshly grounded and shipped from the estate itself, and tastes nice as well, when taken black.
