They do have a factory smell and the ends are thinner due to these being cheaper. Definitely worth the money and cheaper than other popular brands but the life expectancy of these depend on how well they're taken care of.Update: Do not order these extensions if you need them asap or within a couple of weeks. The extensions I had bough last year are still okay and decided to buy 2 more but different colors so I can create a balayage effect. They were shipped a week after ordering them and received them a week after they were supposed to be here so 3 weeks after I ordered them. I understand UPS is having delivery issues but I don't understand why this company used them knowing they were backed up on their deliveries.
