The packaging looks a little shady and the outer sleeve was torn, but no harm was done to the pillow, and once you realize that it's your Pikachu pillow it makes up for it (in my opinion.) The body of the pillow is so ridiculously soft and fluffy! A couple of loose threads hanging off of the mouth, one eye, and the tail, but it was nothing that a snip of some scissors didn't fix. Head and body colors don't correlate 100% but if you're not picky then it's not that bad. Tail is also more of a straight line than the symbolic zig-zag shape.
