I bought this as I thought it would help with sinus congestion. I think I get some relief from the steam but I also take Flonase and Singular. I use this product twice a day: at night before bed and around noon at work. I think it does provide some benefit but not as much as they market the product. It is well made and easy to use. They must have done a lot of field testing before putting it on the market. I use the highest setting on the steam and it provides a good supply of steam for about 20 minutes. Expensive but well manufactured. Only complaint is the cap on the reservoir leaks. They could have used a tighter seal for the cap.
