Fortunately she isn't into eating stuff that isn't food but if your dog is I wouldn't recommend this. After 2 months I am fairly happy with it since it has stood up to her much better than blankets or towels were. Also, it cleans up well. I intend to buy a new one once she settles in and isn't tearing things up as much. I do wish it came without the non-skid backing. We had to quickly remove this from his crate, as he was able to pull off chunks of the soft fluff and wouldn't stop playing with it.
