Throughout my early 20s I struggled with my skin- I bought expensive skin care, tried wearing no makeup, you name it- I tried it. A few weeks later I had my report emailed to me which stated I was intolerant to so many things I was eating on a daily basis like gluten, chickpeas, etc. I then started to eliminate these from my diet and saw real results after a couple of months.
