For a fraction of the cost, it came with many different attachments heads that weren't abrasive. Unlike the Clarisonic, it came with an extender that I didn't have to pay for. The biggest comparison is that it spins instead of vibrate, leaving my skin feeling smooth! I gave it 4 stars because the highest speed was not strong enough.
