My daughter is 29" long and 23lbs and the 9-12 mo fit perfect. Slightly snug the way a tank should be. Fabric is nice and soft and the little lace is too cute! My daughter is actually wearing under a shirt for her first bday and during her snack cake pics. I ironed on the letters and snowflakes and it came out great.
