A: Theses are main cap bearings only. There are no rod bearings they are separate from mains... Hope this helps

**Q: Do these fit a 2011 lc9 5.3?**
A: Yes they will fit🙂

**Q: Do these fit 2005 gmc sierra 5.3 vin let t?**
A: Yes

**Q: Will these work on a 2002 lq4 6.0 cast iron block?**
A: Yes they should fit per the application for the 6.0 LQ4. Same crankshaft only the bore is different from the 5.3.
