    Quality has gone downhill

This year's planner (2019) has gone downhill from previous years. Some features are an improvement, like the little elastic loop in which to keep a pen, but the quality of the paper and binding has gone downhill. It is much more thin and flimsy than last year's. When I got mine, the cover was bowed, and the front cover has ripped away from the front page binding as you can see in the photo. Also, I ordered the "Agate" color, and what looks like a rich green teal online is really just turquoise blue in person, hardly agate. I may be sending it back. I like the content of the planner, but the quality is not what it used to be.
