I've now found you can get what look like identical casters complete with screws for a bit less money on Amazon. Oh well. Not knowing what to get as there is no clue in the product description of the ones with the screws, and considering and discarding the possibility of a resort to Gorilla Glue I just scrutinised the picture and then found on Amazon a box of small pointy screws which I hope will do the trick. The rest will come in handy no doubt. Lesson learned. If the casters aren't pictured with screws then they probably aren't going to come with any.
