I lost it but I must get another one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very good book for sketches *by S***6 on Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2020* I often have to make technical sketches so I wanted a notebook with graph paper to help me keep lines straight and level as well as maintain a good sense of dimensional relationships. Just scribbling on blank paper was no good. This is also useful for floor plans. The paper has good feel, although it is ever so slightly translucent, so the grid and writing or sketches on the back side or even the sheet behind may be barely visible. The transparent covers are made from sturdy polypropylene sheet, which means they can protect the pages from a stray splash. A couple of holes on the back cover allow the elastic cord to be installed to keep the book closed when not in use. Just poke the metal ends through from the back then let them lay flat so they can't pull back out through the holes, then stretch the cord around the front cover.It is a little pricey, though, so I only use pencil on it so it's erasable and correctable. My mechanical pencil slides easily into the end of the wire comb binding, where it's protected from damage and loss yet still easily accessible. A slim ballpoint pen would also probably fit, as long as it's not one of the fancy ones with an expanded rubberized grip. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Graph journal perfection at an unbeatable price! *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2019* I can be extremely picky about journals and writing material... it takes me quite a while to settle on the right product to unleash my torrent of musings, mutterings, magical thinking, and more... this journal is perfect for me, and I can't believe the price... its worth way more, but please don't raise it! Us writers need affordable awesome materials....The transparent cover is a sturdy plastic, the graph ruled paper is just the right thickness - standard Pilot G2 pens bleed through just a tad, but not so much that you can't make use of the opposite side of each page. The elastic closure came unattached and perhaps broken... I couldn't figure out how to fix it to the journal... maybe I'm not a wizard after all.. but no worries. Who needs to close it..
