Review: So far so good - I was dubious about buying this as have heard so many people saying they don’t last. Admittedly I have mainly used it for light frying, eggs, omlettes etc, it’s heavy and solid. I never wash it whilst it’s hot and never scour it. It cleans gently and easily and has lasted well. I use pan protectors when stacking to protect from other pans and it’s lasted well. The non stick layer works well. Heat it slowly and gently. And respect it and it seems to last. We normally use a larger, hefty cast iron frying pan, but wanted something smaller and non-iron for individual meals. We've had this a few months now and we're very pleased with it. It is certainly non-stick! As you will see on the photos, an omelette just slides around and comes out of the pan without any assistance and very cleanly. Hence it is very easy to wash. The one thing I have noticed us that it doesn't seem to heat up as quickly as some of our other types of pan. So that has taken a bit of getting used to.
