Initial start up with setting up email, google accounts, etc was no problem. The screen resolution is fine, a bit grainy/noisy on dark backgrounds but I'm okay with that. The rear camera is meh and the front is quite the potato but I don't rely on my phone cam for much and don't facetime or skype so that doesn't bother me. Does have a flash, though.The sound is surprisingly good: speakerphone good, and the headset that comes with the device works REALLY well! Reception is the same as my old phone, nothing better or worse. I have dead zones nearby so it's unavoidable for me.I was able to download apps from google play (pre-installed) easily but I noticed a couple of the "larger" apps take longer to open the first time but once it opens once it opens fast thereafter. (Namely abcmouse for the kids)Facebook likes to freeze up occasionally when the battery is low and a video autoplays on the newsfeed. Netflix works great-no issues so far.Swipe responsiveness is good. Overall app usage as expected-not lightning fast but not annoyingly slow either. Wifi picks up really well. Browsing web is smooth.I'm pretty sure there's no IR to use apps that turn your device into a remote control for tv, etc but can't confirm.Came charged in a nice box with charger, cord, headset-nicely packaged. Charging cord holds in the port nice and tight but seems to take a while to fully charge. Maybe that will improve after a few charges. Size is great, and not too heavy but too light, either.For the price I would recommend this-not if you like to take a lot of great selfies, but if you are wanting to use something in the realm of basic productivity while being able to make calls it's legit. ### ⭐⭐ Flashy but poor *by I***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 28, 2015* I got this phone hoping to use the dual sim feature.
