So I'd imagine it would just sit on top. Might feel a bit sticky though. **Q: Does this fully wash straight out and not penetrate or damage the hair? Thanks** A: I have used this product for sometime and it washes out so easily and has not damaged my hair in anyway. I find it very useful as you can apply with it with strokes which has good effect.
