Not just great in the famous Mojito drink, this mint is also a versatile seasoning. You can use it fresh or dried in vegetable and rice dishes, with meats, added to drinks or in your favorite desserts. The Mojito mint is notoriously easy to grow and will return to your garden season after season once established. Place you plant in a partially sunny spot (morning sun is best) with a dappling part shade in the afternoon. It likes a loamy (sandy) soil that drains well and remains uniformly moist during the hottest part of the day. Mojito Mint plants, like other mints, can become quite invasive, sprawling and taking over large areas of garden space if left unchecked.
