No, the adhesive isn't perfect. However, so far, both of the pockets have lasted 3 washes in very hot water, and only the corners are a bit loose. Keep in mind they tell you to gentle wash in cold water, and ignored this warning. They still well, and I'm not worried about them coming off when I pull my phone in and out of my pocket. I'm planning to stitch around the sides to hold the corners down.The Large size is perfect for my Galaxy s8 with a case.
