Each of the eight packages contains 2.5 ounces, two and a half servings of delicious mildly salted shelled pistachio nuts, so the box houses 20 servings if you get technical. You can buy them in individual servings, shelled or with shells to make it easy, but I purchased this box of nuts because I sometimes need 1/4 cup for a recipe. A single bag is great to have on hand when you have the urge to assemble a trail mix concoction using residuals, and by opening the sealed bag, you up the chances of having great tasting pistachios in your mix. My only complaint about the Wonderful Pistachios products that is consistent across the line is that the images in the packaging graphics look nothing like what it is inside the package. For me, the effect is negative because I experience disappointment with the visual.
