I had found kuru footwear which helped when I was wearing shoes but I found that when I wanted to be barefoot or in socks around the house, my condition worsened. I bought these and crossed my fingers that they would work. I put them on and immediately felt relief. I keep them on in bed so that when I get up at night I dont have to find them and put them on. I have been wearing them for several days now and can say that they have helped reduce the pain by about 90 percent. They have also helped my knee pain (had surgery a month ago) because the plantar condition was exacerbating the knee pain and the knee is now healing noticeably faster.For the price it's worth a try. They have done wonders for me.
