It is easy to clean with a soft cloth and a little vinegar/water spray. Everything wipes off smoothly and both the metallic liner and the polka dot fabric still look good. The bag has a reliable zipper and is very spacious. I always have room leftover after packing a canned drink, a sandwich, 2-3 small metal tins and a bag of chips inside it. There is a spacious pocket on the outside, as can be seen in one of my photos. The handle is sturdy. I expect to get at least several years of use out of this bag. I would recommend it for an adult or child. It has plenty of room for adult sized lunches!
