They look like big marquee lights on my balcony and put off just enough light- not too bright, but it’s all the light I need for socializing. Unfortunately the bulbs burn out faster than I would have expected- I ended up only putting up one string, but have replaced quite a few bulbs at this point. Today will be numbers 5 and 6. My balcony gets full to partial Sun and very little protection from the elements- I’ve noticed that bulbs are more likely to go out after a bad storm. Not weatherproof, but weather resistant.Update: after a bad storm, the whole strand went out. I made a 4-ft by 36-ft sign that said marry me. I drove some holes in the back and place these lights in the holes to make the sign shine.
