The power supply has an input range of 85VAC to 145VAC, even considering there will be more front end heating at 'low line' of 95VAC the power supply should work well. I am using 10 of these in test sets that can draw up to 15A for a couple hours. The power supplies seem to work well, I have no failures. I don't notice any heating at all and they have an internal fan. **Q: can i adjust voltage to 40 volts?** A: I'm not sure on how low u can adjust but I have had mine turned up to as far as 82 volt and it worked just fine (I've only ran it for 6 or 7 min that high at a time) **Q: Can two of these be parallel slaved together to provide 60 volts at 35 amps?** A: No, it cannot be connected in series or parallel. The overload protection value of this model is 150~200%. If your device peak Max 35A, it can be used. And of course, this is just 2 weeks outside of the Amazon return window. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised. *by T***E on March 5, 2023* I ordered this power supply hoping to modify it so I could charge my 3.8 KW, 2012 Zero motorcycle (14s), battery. The description claimed it is not constant current and could not be used to charge a battery. I have not modified it yet but still use it at j1772 charging stations by setting the voltage just above the battery's voltage, connecting it to the battery, then adjusting the voltage screw until it is charging at 20 amps. I charge at LA fitness so I can walk out and raise the voltage every 20 minutes or so. If the voltage difference is too much, the charger just turns off. No smoke so far. I have used it about a dozen times this way.
