**Q: Can it be used to make flap jacks?**
A: You don't make flapjacks with maple syrup!!!! It does go on flapjacks, and despite being sugar free, mum loves the taste of it.

**Q: How many calories are in 100ml?**
A: The label says 5 calories per 30 ml (2 Tbsp) serving size, so that makes about 16.7 calories per 100ml (more than 3 times serving size). You wouldn't want to have that much, as it's very sweet and tasty. There are 24 servings per container.

**Q: Is there actually any maple syrup in this product as I cannot see this listed in the ingredients section?**
A: It says maple flavoured syrup. It is a substitute with only 5 calories per 30ml instead of 105 calories.

**Q: Please tell me if it is vegetarian— thanks**
A: I can't see anything in the ingredients that would say it's not vegetarian but I would check with the manufacturer to make sure

this maple-flavoured syrup is so so good! tastes exactly like maple syrup but with none of the sugar! i add this to porridge every single morning and i cannot go without it! perfect consistency - not too thick, not too runny + no artificial taste! really good value for money too it lasts me a really long time before i need to repurchase!

A reasonable approximation of maple flavour for a calorie free condiment. But the texture lets it down; more like shower gel than syrup. I’d buy it for a diabetic, or if on a diet, but it’s not a sufficient facsimile for regular use.
