A: I've tried it with my QN90B and QN90A and can't get a picture.

When I reset the Wii, There is a brief second where I hear the background sound but it goes off.

A: I'm also having the same annoying issue. I bought two of these and tested on two different TVs and could see the diagonal lines. Weirdly enough it comes and goes and if you set the wii to anything else other 480p, it works fine, which doesn't help much.
