I have found that if you rinse the spray part under warm water, then fill a small glass with more warm water, place the spray in to the water and pump, it cleans it and it then works fine. **Q: Are these sprays Gluten free?** A: Yes, but I do not like the fact that they now have microcrystalline cellulose in them. **Q: Does it contain vitamin k mk4 or is it mk7? it says both on the blurb and ingredients list. it just isn't clear. which is it: mk4 or mk7?** A: Hi, on the manufacturers website it states the following: Active ingredient: Cholecalciferol (D3) & MK-7 (K2).
