The screws don't give enough room to wrap a 14 gauge wire around them. The back wiring option for the white and black wire rear ports have two options. Look at the diagram closely for which options to use (top for black, bottom for white). I didn't look closely and neither USB worked after install. I looked closer and noticed my mistake...I put both wires in the top slots. I corrected my mistake and the outlet works just fine now. ### ⭐ There are better receptacles for less money. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 11, 2020* Poor design! Binding screws are too short. The nuts for the screws are floating, so if you screw out too far you just wasted $14 as you can no longer attach the wire. Plus, since the nuts are floating, you have to have the screw heads in down position to insert the wire around the screw. The person who designed this , must not have ever install it in the real world.
