I recently had a baby and getting to the gym doesn't seem plausible to me in a near future so I decided to workout without leaving the house. I got the heaviest set to work out my lower body. I am a former fitness instructor and I strongly believe you don't need fancy equipment to get a good work out! If you want a great leg workout, all you need to do is a set of leg kicks with ankle weights.The previous ankle weights I owe weren't convenient to put on since you had to thread a strap through a buckle to wrap it around the ankle. These weights are super easy and convenient to wear and they can be adjusted easily. The material is study and it has nice padding so it's comfortable to wear. Another great thing is that these weights have a reflective trim which is useful as a safety feature if one is using them outside in the dark. I'm very happy i purchased these. I get my workout in with these ankle weights and my husband uses it as wrist weights with an extra safety feature when he runs very early in the morning. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and just the right size *by J***P on January 1, 2019* I'm 5'3 and 115 lbs female and I work at home in front of my computer.
