My understanding is that the "citrate" form allows for it to be absorbed easily.I think a lot of people don't get enough magnesium in their diet these days. If, like me, you can't stand kale... then this is a more palatable solution!I find that it helps me feel energised throughout the day, and since you get 180 in a pack it's great value. ### ⭐ No effect *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 May 2019* I have been using this product for 5 days, taking a capsule 3x a day as instructed. I have not noticed any difference in my recovery rates, fatigue or energy levels. There may be some mitigating factors; I am recovering from a cold which means that it is not a fair test compared to other training weeks. I also competed a couple of days before starting taking the product (with said cold) which again maybe impacting the test. Also this is a sponsored product test and I am required to write a review after 4-5 days. Maybe it is not enough time for the product to have an effect.Other comments. The rip off strip did on the packaging did that easily and the packaging is resealable which is handy. The capsules had some product dust on them but this was not a problem for me. The capsules are tasteless as is the dust and remain so if accidentally broken open in your mouth. The capsules are easily swallowed with water and, in my case, without water. I threw some capsules in the bottom of a protein shaker when away for 36 hours and there is no noticeable degredation from storing them outside the packaging.
