DO NOT BUY!-updated to good customer service and warranty-updated to good product *by J***R on November 15, 2014* This thing is a piece of junk! I used it for 3 minutes on the fire line before the flapper ripped lengthwise. DO NOT BUY! So I contacted customer service and they are shipping a new flap free of charge. I increased this rating from 1 to 3 stars because it's nice to find a company that stands behind their product. I'll see how well this one holds up and may in raise the rating again. I've put this one to the test during this fire season and it is a good product.
