    Falling apart at the seams

Hi I've had this laptop back pack now for sonme 4 months and now one of the straps is coming awau from the seam.  I don't know if this is an Inherent issue. But now I've go back to my trusted old DICOTA backpack which I've had over 4 year and keep my other laptop in, I'm glad I spotted it before it snapped and caused damage to my laptop.

Thought this was a great rucksack for my son as it is really spacious and has lots of pockets for storing different items - however it is not made to last and after 2 months has a big whole in the side where it has ripped. Very disappointed - I would have liked it to last 1 school year at least.
