Lots of options *by M***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2019* I have the Crock-Pot XL pressure cooker. The recipes in this book are easy and quick. I've only made a couple recipes, however it looks like there are a lot of good recipes in here. Since my pressure cooker model is different than the model this book was meant for, I have to make some adjustments to the recipe directions. Now that I know how to adjust it there won't be any difficulties. I know I will use this book often especially since there aren't a lot of good recipes online yet. There are 550 recipes on 190 pages. Approximately 30 breakfast and brunch recipes, 30 grains and beans, 25 rice and pasta, 30 snacks and appetizers, 35 side dishes 25 soups stews and chili recipes, over 50 poultry, 50 pork, 50 beef and lamb recipes, 25 fish and Seafood, 9 vegetable and vegetarian recipes and 35 desserts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Prescribed! *by K***Z on Reviewed in the United States on November 11, 2018* I like this 550 power pressure recipes cookbook. There was no way to know this before purchasing.We truly don't need 550 recipes.Cut it down by one third of your favorites and add enticing delicious pictures please! Just let me say, I do appreciate the work involved in putting this book together. Maybe I should have purchased the Instant Pot because there are recipes on youtube and pinterest galore but not for the Power Pressure Cooker Plus (PPCP). This cookbook is for the Power Pressure Cooker XL, closet to my pot.
