What is the difference between the two?** A: I am sorry I cannot say about the difference since I have never use the anti-septic cream. The Tea Tree face cream is great for me since I have rosacea. This cream is calming and curing the red inflamed area. Plus it is a great anti-oxidant. So, it works for me. **Q: What is the dilution percentage of the tea tree and has anyone experienced sensitization with prolonged use?** A: It does not give percentages.
