But unfortunately, it is not.The tilt mechanism is very risky, the entire chair gets tilted (see Image) which puts your center of mass behind you and makes it unstable as the front wheel gets lifted. I almost fell many times. This should be highlighted in the description since it is not normal.To give more understanding, you can't remove the mobile from your pant pocket by pushing the back-support, because base and back are welded as one piece, so if you push it back, the base will tilt on the shaft, like a seesaw.You will get Customer care response only if your review is getting more helpful votes.My chair is inclined on one side, After a week of following up, the seller sent YouTube video link demonstrating to dissemble the chair using a hammer and closed the ticket even without asking if the issue is solved or not. Interestingly, I noticed hitting marks at those specific places as shown in video, which means it is returned by someone and sold to me (see photo) I felt cheated and asked for return but they didn't entertain me. See the update at the bottom for further story.Hand rest is adjustable but it retracts suddenly with slight weight. Screw beneath hand rest has rough protrusions, left marks on my table.Packaged plastic can not be removed completely. Build quality and the material looks cheap and head support is very fragile.Update (10-May-2020): (actual update of April 2019, I updated it but somehow it was not posted):-Seller contacted me with very polite approach and asked my confirmation for refund, later he called and asked to increase rating of my review if I want the refund. I said I don't like to commit any rating, and they never came back.Update (10-May-2020): The chair base near the wheel has sharp edges (see the picture).Update (10-May-2020): The lowest possible shaft position is much taller compared to normal office chairs because I am 5 ft. 9 inch tall and I have to sit on the lowest possible position. It is fine for me but may not be comfortable for many people less than my height. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ IMPORTANT!!! Please read before you buy *by V***L on Reviewed in India on 25 October 2020* Please note that the recliner mechanism is different than regular office chair. Entire chair along with the seat gets tilted instead of just backrest (Please refer illustration). I will advise to understand the chair mechanism properly before buying as its non-returnable product.Update: After some follow up, seller has now added product images to highlight this fact. I am still keeping this review in case those images are not clear enough. ### ⭐ Duplicate Third class second hand deceptive product *by G***M on Reviewed in India on 20 October 2020* I had purchased this chair couple of months ago and I am regretting the day I purchased.1. Very poorly designed and assemebled2. Very low material quality used3. Very low quality of paint used which got spilled everywhere4. Scratches all over the chair.5. After 2 months of use very annoying sound started coming from the chair whenever I try to lean6. Adjustment knob is not working and is broken7. Head rest got broken and I had to repair it outside8. When contacted customer support I was told that this was already mentioned in the description that minor imperfections will be there.8. Whole chair is completely imperfect because they use second hand duplicate pathetic material9. Return policy is not at all good.10.
