No issues feeding or anything like that. It does smell a little worse than most hot glue; probably pigment burning. It's so nice to have black hot glue; it's mechanically the same as the clear stuff but it just makes projects look more professional.It's especially nice on the back side of translucent acrylic; I use this with LED and LCD displays shining through so I can't use opaque....but where the displays are not shining through I like it to be opaque. Before I was using black silicone, which works well but doesn't hold very strong (plus it takes 24 hours to dry and stinks the whole time). With this it's very strong and dry in about a minute.
