Whith them it limited the shoes that could be worn. Only I wore them. This product was just what everyone was looking for. They are compact and comfortable. It alllows everyone to wear what ever shoes. It supports the arch and proper foot position. I've been trying to find something to help my feet, while standing in place for 2.5 hour intervals, on industrial concrete floors.Well, the idea gets about 4 stars but this has got to be the most uncomfortable thing ever. What sort of gel is this rock hard thing? Seriously, there is absolutely no love in these things. They felt like I was standing on two rocks. I'd be better off standing bare foot on the concrete.Please, please revise this. I have a job where I am walking and standing for the entirety of my shift, and I was hoping these would help with my sore and achy feet (I have plantar fasciitis as well as a reconstructed arch in one foot). All I will say is that it felt like these did more harm than good. The product itself is as hard as a rock, and it felt as if I was attempting to walk with two giant stones in my shoes. I told myself that I just needed to give them time to get used to them and to just get through the initial uncomfortable period. Eventually things went from uncomfortable to painful. My feet began to tingle and go numb and I was forced to take these off.
