The magnesium sprays all feel warm when you spray them (but not always... just most of the time), and they all leave a sticky residue. -- anything that you touch will get a bit of salt residue (doesn't stain though). If you don't like this, do what I do... spray it on 30 minutes before shower, which is okay since most is absorbed in like 20-30 min anyway. As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). My knee is back to looking more normal, night cramps have lessened and the stiffness in my ankles following damage in accident is much improved. I hope it continues.
