I'm 5'11, 215lbs, 38inch waist, 60 inch armspan, 40 inch chest and the 3XL fits like it was made for me. The cloth is super lightweight, feels similar to a hiking hammock. The coveralls themselves aren't going to retain heat at all, nor are they liquid/waterproof. However the sheer weight of them being this light means it can be bundled up super small and tossed into a bag with very little issue. It also makes folding up the sleeves, or legs, or taking off the top and tying it around the waist all viable options on super hot days. If something happens to my main clothes at least now I have a backup!Are they cheaply made? Yep.Are they going to be something I want to use for anything requiring work or effort? Nah, doubt they'd survive.Will I be buying more? Absolutely, honestly I could use a couple sets of these for various emergency bags.
