I have owned several of the 10" pans. I read all of the negative reviews and just suggest that you read and follow the instructions provided with the product. I'm a bit inclined to just trash the paperwork with items. I've been cooking for 30 plus years and certainly know how to use a fry pan but I didn't know know how to use this one. I ruined the first one in short order and then read the instructions. The next one I purchased about 2 years ago and read and followed the instructions. It has been a great fry pan. It is very easy to clean, needs very little oil and heat. Never use high heat. Use low medium heat and be patient. I use this pan for breakfast foods and to sautéing but not for searing. High heat will warp it very quickly. Also to clean let it cool, take a soft paper towel and wipe it out then a tiny bit of dish soap, warm water and a soft dishrag and was and rinse the pan.It stays pristine and cooks great.I highly recommend the Cerapan metallic ceramic fry pan. I had the same one for a while and the white started to get a little stained so I purchased this one to replace it but considering the price on this pan, it's totally worth the money.
