I did this and they emailed me a code, unfortunately the code was deemed invalid by Amazon, I emailed the company and they asked me to send a screenshot of the error, which I did, they sent me another code which again was flagged as invalid by Amazon, I emailed them again, and again they asked me for a screenshot of the error, again I did this, and now over a week later I have heard nothing. Now the toy is great but unfortunately the company falls short in customer service, they shouldn't include this offer of a gift card packaged with it if they don't follow through on it, it seems all they want is a review, hopefully positive, very annoyed! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for little ones. *by J***6 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 May 2019* This is a perfect 'first' RC car and my 3 year old loves it. It's great on battery life (NiMH rechargeable) it even coped with being outside on short grass.The way in which the wheels 'spin' as a pair allows it to be manoeuvred with the remote by my boy and promotes more independent play and doesn't need a parent to keep helping rescue the car.It's also a quick little runner and I had fun too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ kids loved them *by J***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 January 2019* really sturdy items that will take a lot of knocks.
