Not cheap quality at all. However, I simply do not believe the reviews that say they used for cafe's and restaurants . They would have to have a bus boy go around and tighten the seat after each use or at the very least , each night before closing because I am constantly having to re tighten mine. You must have to be Hercules to make it stay the way it should.
