It's bigger than a stall shower but smaller that a regular bathtub. Amazon to the rescue! This thing goes from real short to decently long with no problem.It took very little time to put up, under an hour for me by myself and it could have been done in less than half an hour if I'd had someone who could hold the bar in place with a level while I marked my positions. As it was, it required some finagling for me to level and mark. So I'd recommend doing it with a friend.My only complaint is the quality of the drywall anchors. I'm not shocked because they're the same crappy plastic plug that comes with pretty much anything but I still wish that companies would stop sending them and just provide something useful instead of something I have to throw into the recycling bin. BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Curved shower rods are often set back a little further than a straight rod. This may mean that you can't hit the stud and need anchors. Don't use the ones in this kit. Go buy a box of good anchors (I like EZ Anchor Self Drilling Toggle Locks rated for 100 lbs) and use them if you can't hit a stud on both ends. If you slip in the shower, the curtain is going to be the thing you grab. This is the smallest one I could find that wasn’t cheaply made of plastic. My shower is only 34” so we cut 2” off the end of this and it works perfectly! It is very well made, all metal. It’s easy to assemble and install. Even though the curve isn’t very wide, it makes a huge difference in the tiny space I have.
